Promoting positive mental well-being and cultivating spirituality.
Wellbeing Inc. began in August 2014 as a day of refreshing for women.
Women came together to hear speakers share transparently about their life journey and the role of their faith.
Women interacted and networked with one another and left feeling inspired and encouraged.
From that experience the need to bring women together in a non-judgmental and non-threatening environment was envisioned. Wellbeing Inc. hosts outreach activities such as days of enrichment, forums, and retreats to promote positive mental well-being and spirituality.
